Jim started his first business in 1983 and 18 months later was almost bankrupt due in part to a collapse in the local economy.
He survived the situation by implementing several of the strategies advised by his bank and his accountant.
By 1990 he was debt free and moved his young family to live in Florida until returning to live in the UK in 2000.
He studied accounting at NRI School Washington DC, USA.
His current business Fyneside Developments which builds quality residential homes was first established in 2003
